This is a demo version of Boswell™ 1.0 intended to help potential customers evaluate our product. It is identical to the shipping version of Boswell with two important exceptions.
1. You cannot create more than 300 entries with this version. The normal limit is one million.
2. You cannot import folders full of text files, but must import the files individually.
The library we have included contains some 150 entries documenting Boswell itself. With this demo version you can investigate Boswell by reading the library and add another 150 entries to it if you choose. We suggest you do so rather than creating a new library from scratch -- it is always nice to have the documentation at hand when exploring new software. That will be especially helpful because Boswell is not like most other Mac products that you can figure out by just playing around. Our new concepts require new terminology and explanation. You really will need to read the manual and Read Me files we have included with the demo.
To save on space, we are not including the SimpleText and Acrobat Reader applications. If you are reading this, then you already have SimpleText (it came with your system) and Acrobat Reader can be obtained for free from the web, including our own site.
